CNinsure Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

GUANGZHOU, China, April 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CNinsure Inc. (Nasdaq:CISG) (the "Company" or "CNinsure"), a leading independent insurance intermediary company operating in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F, which contains its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on April 29, 2014.
