CNinsure Posted Presentation Material for Its Analyst and Investor Day Online
GUANGZHOU, China, Dec. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CNinsure Inc. (Nasdaq:CISG) ("CNinsure" or the "Company"), a leading independent insurance intermediary company operating in China, today announced that it has posted a copy of its presentation for the Analyst and Investor Day, which was hosted on December 10, 2010, on its investor relations website. During the analyst and investor day, the management made thorough clarification and explanation to address various issues, including its gross margin structure, acquisition strategies and long-term growth and the scorecard system ("权益证 QuanYi Zheng" in Chinese, which should be literally translated as "Certificate of Incentive Rights" rather than "Equity Incentive Shares" which is absolutely misleading).
