Fanhua Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of US$0.15 per ADS for the Third Quarter of 2021
GUANGZHOU, China, Nov. 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Fanhua Inc. (“Fanhua” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: FANH), a leading independent financial services provider in China, today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.0075 per ordinary share, or US$0.15 per ADS for the third quarter of 2021. The dividend is payable on or around December 22, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2021.
